GROUP Training

Permanent makeup is an incredibly rewarding career, but new artists are finding it difficult to obtain quality training as the number of unqualified “trainers” increases at an alarming rate. While there are plenty of credible training facilities out there, the mess of “instant artist” schools can make for confusing searches and disappointing outcomes. It is alarming to hear of the countless new techs who are thousands of dollars in debt with no more knowledge than could have been found on Youtube, and who were never even given an opportunity to touch human skin.

Charli is extremely patient and very thorough. With this industry being saturated with under-qualified trainers offering in-and-out expensive training, the US is seeing a surge of both unskilled technicians opening up shop and those who are left with thousands of dollars of debt and a lack of confidence to move forward after substandard training.

Group training offers 40 hours of intensive, customized training with scheduling flexibility and optional online portion. You may find that this market is saturated with 1-3 day group courses; however, these rushed and cluttered atmospheres don’t allow students to fully absorb the information or to get adequate hands-on practice. This extended training is intended not just to allow students to listen and see, but to grasp and understand. The “Aha!” moments should be coming during your training, not months or years later after you’ve been left to figure them out on your own.

Although training will have a minimum-hour requirement in order to obtain a Certificate of Completion, students will not be cut-off from training until necessary skills are mastered and confidence is achieved.

$250 deposit due at booking, with remaining balance due at least one week before the first day of training. Deposit is non-refundable. Training timelines are customizable; however, those with more demanding schedules should reach out before booking to ensure schedules can be accommodated.

Group training requires a minimum of 40 hours of training. No more than four students will be allowed in a class to allow for plenty of individualized training, and to minimize potential scheduling conflicts. While group training will have a set schedule, students may opt to do some portions virtually to allow for more flexibility, and in some cases, the proposed schedule can be altered to better suit the needs of the group if all are in agreement.
